This morning they confirmed an appointment for today at 17:00 to try a car. As we live 60 km far from Bayreuth my wife an me had to ask for free time in our jobs. 20 minutes before the appointment they have called me but I couldn't take the call as I was driving. When we have arrived, an employee has explained to us that the car wasn't there as other employee was driving it and we have to come back another day. So, after confirming the appointment, just a few hours later the car was not there and we have lost money from our jobs, gasoline, and time.
