Hofner is the most unfriendly Company in the world I ever talked to. Playing Hofner guitars and basses since the 1960s years and being a Guitar Maniac wanting to buy a new model, I had some very specific questions and thought it may be the best to call Hofner directly – what a bad experience. Being connect to a lady, believing her name was Mrs.Holm, she more or less told me in a very unfriendly way that this was not wanted and by the end kicked me out by dropping the line. As I was for 30 years a sales director in an international company, I could not believe how I was treated as a customer. My dear Hofner Management, maybe you should revisit your customer interface and give it some thinking how you treat Hofner-Fans of many years. Never Hofner again!

konnte leider das gesuchte ersatzteil nicht käuflich erwerben ,da haben sie mich zum thomann geschickt.schade,leider kein fabrikverkauf.
Des basses qui ont marqué l’histoire avec paul mac cartney, mais pas que , ils font aussi de très bonnes classiques, Et ont une expérience encore plus grande des instruments du quatuor et des archets. De plus leur souci de produire en pensant au développement durable est constant, et depuis longtemps. Bref une fabrique à considérer avec intérêt.

Höfner Gitarren für etliche Tausend-Euro kaufen ist in Ordnung für die Firma. Wenn der Kunde dann Probleme hat und höflich bei Höfner nachfragt, was man zur Behebung beitragen könnte nicht. Keine Rückmeldung, ist wohl ziemlich lästig. Wirklich schade, erst keine ordentlichen Gitarren bauen können, dann den Kunden mit dem Problem allein lassen. Das hat man davon, wenn man sein Geld (3000) für Produkte von einheimischen Firmen aufwendet. Und wenn mein Frust noch grösser wird, dann komme ich persönlich vorbei, es ist nicht so weit. Mir kommt keine Höfner mehr ins Haus und ja: ich werde es gerne weitererzählen! Enttäuschend. Meine Weihnachtsgitarre wird wieder eine PRS. Schade, mir war die Marke sympathisch, da auch meine allererste Gitarre eine Höfner war. Goodbye :-) NACHTRAG: gleichlautende Kritik auf Facebook wird von Höfner sofort gelöscht. Man möge doch das Kontaktformular der website benutzen. Tja, das hätte ich ja versucht (plus eMail). Danke meine Damen und Herren, Sie hatten ihre Chance.
