I only had to come here once, but the people at the entrance and the lady who I spoke to were all very friendly. The whole process went by very fast, I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Ich habe werktags mehrere Male vergeblich meine Sachbearbeitung angerufen. Da die Frage allgemeiner Natur war, habe ich dann in der Vermittlung angerufen, mit der Hoffnung an eine/n andere Mitarbeiter/in vermittelt zu werden und wurde erstmal verspottet, wie ich mir das denn vorstelle und dass ich es weiterprobieren soll. Ja wie denn? E-Mails werden teilweise einfach ignoriert und die freie Telefonleitung gibts es wohl nur jeden 5. Tag im Monat, wenn Vollmond ist und wenn alle Planeten in einer Reihe stehen. Ein wirklich unprofessioneller Umgangston!
