Personal sehr freundlich, aber nicht flexibel. Es ist nicht möglich samstags ein Rad zu mieten, da es nur für das ganze Wochenende gebucht werden kann. Nicht kundenorientiert, leider. Es muss doch möglich sein, dass die Räder zum Hotel gebracht und dort wieder abgeholt werden. Sorry, das Lob geht an die junge Dame aus Karlsruhe.
