AMAZING customer service. I wish I got the man's name who helped us, but he carried a car seat to our car to make sure it fit and put it in. Then when asked to keep it in so we could pay for it, he said he wanted to go get us a brand new one in the box still. Then took it to the counter and after paying, installed it in the car for us. Took 15 minutes to explain the entire process of how to install, uninstall, adjust etc. This is our second time at the store and both times has been a great experience! Love this store! Love the employees!

I like this Store. My first shopping for my first baby was in Germany and at this Babyone store. The quality n collection n variety availability are good enough to choose n shop. Price is bit higher but quality is more higher. Pillow was well used for my new born Baby boy. The pillow I posted what I bought. The complimentary Kaffee n Wasser also available.. So recommended shopping Store for your Baby who needs upmost care. Alles Gute
