This is the most friendly, sevice minded and competent BMW dealer I ever met. Staying in a hotel for a convention in Rostock I got a flat in the garage. A truck towed my car to the dealer where we arrived just about at closing time. My tire could not be repaired and I got into despair. Tired and exhausted from working I just wanted to drive home. Thought I had to stay for at least another night. But these great folks gave me a wheel of theirs that fittet my 525. They even gave me a hint to replace a suspension in the rear which was more than needed!! They told me to send back the wheel once I am home. I left a deposit and asked for the bill but they didn‘t even want to charge me anything! I drove home with a smile on my face, happy me, happy family. Thank you Autohaus Wigger!
