In January I had the KIA for my first service. and when I came to pick it up, I checked the oil level, just to make sure that the mechanic had added enough oil, and to my surprise there was to much in it and it was the same old colour as used/old oil. So i walked back in to the garage leader, and told him what I discovered. And we walked out to the car. He took up the engine oil level pin. And could also see that it was roughly a centimeter above the Full level. He agreed to take the car back in to take the oil out. I also told him that the oil looked like used oil. But he said, no no. It's how it looks.( NOTE, I have changed oil about 50 times in cars, so I know what used oil looks like and what new oil looks like. ) I said no, that is not how new oil looks. So he took me to the machine where they gets the oil from and he filled a can with new oil. And it looks like new oil. (Close to the thing you use when cooking) and I was like. You see that's not the same. And he was like. Yes it's the same. But when the mechanic took out the oil from the car. It was black like coffee. But even at that point the garage chief, stood firm, and poorer back the old oil , leaving about half a litter. So that the amount was right. I regret today not reporting them to KIA Germany right away. I'm not sure because I was not there. But it sound like, that the filter was not changed as planed. And the mechanic filled oil in as if it was. That can explain the colour and the half litter more. But honestly. The garage chief... What a Di*k. Just admit it's not new oil and put some new in, and change that dang filter, if that was the reason. it's so simple, all people makes mistake. Any ways. I'm not putting my money there again. And I recommend you to thing twice before you will. I can recommend the shop in Geilenkirchen. I know it's the same name. But the service is in top in GK, and the job gets done, and the price is as agreed.

Ich habe mich für einen KIA PROCEED GT entschieden. Nach langer Suche bin ich auf ein Angebot vom Autohaus Meures gestoßen. Bereits beim ersten Anruf in der Filiale und der sehr guten Beratung von Herrn Fernholz habe ich nicht lange gezögert und dort kurzer Hand bestellt. Ich muss dazu sagen das ich über 600 km vom Autohaus entfernt wohne. Der komplette Kontakt ging per Telefon oder Email. Auch auf Sonderwünsche ist das Autohaus Meures eingegangen. In meinem Fall waren es die Winterkompletträder, die ich selbst bestellt habe und zum Autohaus liefern lassen hab. Diese wurden zu einem fairen Preis vor Übergabe mit montiert. Wenn mein nächstes Fahrzeug wieder ein KIA sein sollte, werde ich dieses Autohaus sicher mit anfragen.

Alles zu meiner absoluten Zufriedenheit. Ursprünglich war eine Probefahrt für einen Gebrauchtwagen geplant. Als ich mich aber kurzfristig noch einmal mit Alternativen beschäftigt hatte und dies dem Verkäufer bei meiner Ankunft mitteilte war er sehr freundlich und nahm sich die Zeit, um über die Alternativen nachzudenken. Der Verkäufer hat mir zu keiner Zeit ein Angebot \aufschwatzen\ wollen, sondern sehr sachlich und ohne Schnickschnack mit mir alle Möglichkeiten erläutert. Ich würde wieder dort kaufen und jederzeit eine Empfehlung aussprechen.
