So today I wanted to make use of the express service because I had a flat tire which I already replaced with my own spare tire. So I asked the service desk if they could repair my loose tire because there was only a small iron fragment in de middle section of the tire. They said that they wouldn't repair it because the risks were to high. Which was quite remarkable statement because they didn't even looked at the tire I brought in. So back in the Netherlands I work as an service manager my own at an German car dealership and have 10 years of experience at Volkswagen. I'm pretty sure I can judge a tire correctly when it can be repaired or not. So when it comes to service this isn't the place for a 5 star principle of Volkswagen. More like 1. Back to the story I drove to the other Volkswagen dealership Thomas were they would repair my tire. So 5 stars for them. Sincerely, R. Bolt
