I have called 5 times to ask a question. 4 times they simple hanged up pretending that they redirect me to a sales person. The 5th time I've been put on hold for 40 minutes so i went there to ask my question. I showed them the phone still on hold... The employee i asked answered immediatelly. I am willing to buy a new A4 or A6 but i guess that Fleischhauer Ehrenfeld is not on my list anymore. A month ago i have requested an appointment for complete autopolitur and i was rejected and being told that this can be done only together with other maintenance tasks!!! Shame Fleischhauer Ehrenfeld. You will never see a cent from me! A star is too much for your customer relationship. And all these after almost 8 years of cooperation and high bills.

Worse Service I ever got in a garage.. As i already had a very mixed experience with this garage I was disappointed when my leasing company confirmed that I had to go there again to fix it after a small accident. Well at least they did not disappointed us.. 3 weeks to fix the car, the last week due to the fact that they forgot to order a new safety belt earlier and during that time the cost of the rental car climbs and climbs.. Moreover they never called us proactively, we had to call them again and again to get a useless feedback back as they extended the deadline after every call.. All in all I've been twice at fleischhauer and I strongly hope that I will never have to put my feet there again..
