Unhelpful and unfriendly. Was initially given permission to charge my VW, because there are so few charge points in Dresden. Then later, was told I can't. A simple charge costing a few cents, denied to à VW customer. Disgusting.

I was amazed with quality, the atmosphere in this car ship dealer. I came with car malfunction at Saturday shortly before they were closed, they checked my car and couse of repairs helped me with all insurance stuff (my German is still not perfect at some situations). Whole time I had email contact, whole time I was informed about repair progress and part delivery. At the end the checkout was not so expensive and I was happy from the repairs.
