I purchased a 2013 Passat from VW Hess a few months ago, and after my recent service to the dealer I will never do business with them again. I had my wife call and make an appointment for only an oil change, as our service wasn't due but I prefer more frequent oil changes. My wife arrived at the appointment and had to wait 45 minutes. Them signed for an oil change, then she was told it wouldn't be more than 280. She asked how it could be so much as she only wanted an oil change nothing else, and didn't want even the oil change at that price. She said that she didn't want any service, but they refused and told her it was too late. Against her will, they forced her into service that she refused then sent the bill. After two hours of waiting, we were supposed to have a complimentary wash, but the car came back filthy and unwashed. My in-laws have been doing business with Autohaus Hess since 1982. You recent shady business practices have just jeopardized a lot of future business, because I know my family will never do business with your shady dealership ever again.
