Recently bought a used Toyota there. Getting an appointment was no problem. For the delivery the seller Mr. Borchert came in on his day off because I could only pick it up on a Saturday. The car was in an excellent state, as described on their own website. I even had the chance to get a 4 (!) year used car warranty. The cars are delivered cleaned and with new HU at no extra cost. And if things are awry during the HU they are fixed at no extra cost before delivery. I got two new tires for free that way because the ones on the car were a little close to the limit. I'm very happy with the car so far. Should I ever want a new one, because we all know Toyotas can be driven forever, I'll likely buy here again.
