The service was amazingly friendly and swift. Even though it was my first time here to just mount a set of winter tires they treated me like they just sold me a car. They were very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. On top of the amazing customer service they even left me a chocolate for the nikolaus day. Will definitely return for any further business with my leased car. Thank you!

Als Großhändler haben wir gesamt 6 neue Lieferwagen bei Auto Bach gekauft. Die Beratung vorab war super. Man ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse und Ansprüche ein, welche bei der Auslieferung der Neu-Fahrzeuge auch zu 100% umgesetzt wurden. Bei technischen Fragen oder anderen Anliegen ist sofort jemand erreichbar und es wird sich gekümmert. Wir sind vollstens Zufrieden.

Die Leasing-Beratung ist sehr gut. Der Werkstattservice ist sehr gut. Der TÜV wird bald nachgemacht. Ich bin mit der Zusammenarbeit bisher sehr zufrieden und hoffe, das bleibt für die kommenden Jahre weiter so.
