The rooms are nice. New and tidy and spacious. The problem is that it is not a "real" hotel as the hotel only occupies top two floors of a business(?) building. Minibar is empty, no restaurant or bar. It takes cca 15min to the closest place to eat something. The guy at the reception was very friendly, perfect english.

Komfortables Hotel mit einem Standard, den viele 4-Sterne-Hotels nicht schaffen. Ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente und saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Super Frühstück mit toller Aussicht! Großer kostenloser Parkplatz, schnelles W-LAN, klimatisierte Zimmer. Gerne wieder!

In periferia di Monaco di Baviera un "albergo" strategico in una zona tranquilla. Camere nuove e personale molto cordiale; non è il solito hotel in quanto occupa gli ultimi due piani di un complesso che, se non ho capito male, è tipo un istituto di formazione. L'unica pecca, se proprio vogliamo trovarne una, è la caffetteria (che non è dell'albergo)... che offre un menù molto ristretto se un ospite vuole mangiare qualcosa (pizza surgelata).
