Super nice staff and really short waiting times. The prices are standard.

One star is way too much ,there should be like minus the stars they already got -coz if you want to spend a lot of money and torture your animals -that's the right place .Nevermind the appointment is at 8 -you shall wait couple more hours ..and than wait some more hours ..and be just ignored by everyone. The lady at reception can't handle her English or the pressure .There is one vet -a tall man with glasses,can't remeber his name -so rude and arrogant -i think he is the wrong person in a wrong place .That's my opinion ,maybe helps ,maybe not-but will stay in Google for a long time .They gived me a very bad feeling .For a veterinary clinic -thats like a shot in the knee .

Ich bin Notfallmäßig mit meinem Hund hier her gekommen. Ich bin mit der kompletten Behandlung, von Diagnostik, Therapie und Nachsorge absolut zufrieden. Der Informationsfluss ist ebenfalls gut, man bekommt täglich einen Anruf wie es dem Tier geht und was gerade stand der Lage ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Mein Hund haben sie rasch wieder auf die Beine bekommen. Der Preis ist in Relation zur Dienstleistung,für mein Verständnis, absolut gerechtfertigt. Ich hoffe zwar nicht das ich das Angebot nochmal nutzen muss, ich würde aber wieder hier her kommen!

Ich möchte mich bei den ganze Team herzlich bedankten. Ich bin mit meinem kleinen Merlin als Notfall in die Klinik gekommen. Er musste 2 Tage in der Klinik bleiben. Alle waren sehr freundlich, liebeswürdig und wir sind sofort über jeden neuen Stand benachrichtigt worden. Wie schlimm es für uns auch war, ihn in der Klinik zu lassen, aber er war wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben und alle haben sich rührend um den doch alten Knaben gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmal und wir hoffen es geht ihm bald wieder besser.
