Normally I sent my car to Audi Neu-Isenberg for regular servicing. This time I tried at Mainz because closer to home but not very satisfy with their service and arrangement by Mr. Julian Baurer. The pick-up time was mentioned to be around 10 Uhr but came after past 12 Uhr. Called several times around 11 Uhr trying to get him but other ladies picked up the phone and said he was on the line or out for Pause, but he didn't bother to call back to his client. I need a replacement car as Audi Mainz could not return the car back to me on the same day (unlike at Audi Neu-Isenberg), even I wrote and spoke to Mr. Baurer before that I need an automatic gear car but it came with a manual gear A1 car (lower grade than I'm having now). Of course after another phone call of complaint, the lady said will exchange with an auto gear car for me soon. Finally they came with an upgrade version. Normally Germans are very punctual with time. So this arrangement by him is not nice to keep client wasting time waiting with no clear time schedule.
