5 stars for Mr.Bosch 3 stars for the reception concept (3 receptionist on the desk and only one is receiving costumers, and you have to guess which one is it)small solution the one who is free let her do an eye contact.I went there 3 times in this week and I always went to the wrong person at the (service) desk. 1 star for Audi with Automatic transmission from an Audi fan! I know my car is old but it has only 80k km. And I saw online that gear problems is very common for this type.If Audi do care about it’s costumers it will repair this common problem with reasonable price,and not trying to make extra income out of it. 2500 as repair costs for a pice that cost around 500. One extra star because they care about reviews and thats a good thing.

This was my first experience with Elbvororte. In general, the job was well done, Mr. Schell was very friendly and professional. I was a very surprised though that the car was not washed after the service was done (hence one star less). I did notify this to the lady at the reception. Hopefully this does not repeat again, but in general, everything was good.
I recently bought my new A7 from Audi Elbvororte and I have to say that was a great choise . The Audi team was helping me through all the purchase , since the beginning. Es ist dort sehr einladend. Die Aussenfläche ist sehr groß. Vor Ort war ein netter Empfang und auch nette Verkäufer. Heute fand eine Ausstellung statt von Abt Fahrzeugen und das war auch mein Besuchsgrund. Diese unter anderem limitierten Fahrzeuge dann auch mal live sehen zu können war klasse. Wie zum Beispiel den RSQ8 - R. Man hatte die Möglichkeit sich rein zu setzen, das Auto zu fühlen und natürlich Fotos von denen zu machen. Im Aussenbereich gab es Burger und Getränke. Auch wurde eine kleine Rennbahn für ferngesteuerte Autos aufgebaut mit denen man seinen Spaß haben konnte. Parkplätze gab es dort zu genüge. Eine sehr tolle Aktion!
