I have ordered a water filter with 2 filters .. 04.01.18, I made tha payment on 04.01 and so far I have not received anything, today is 23.01.18. On 18.01 I received and email saying that the product I ordered is not available at the moment. Why is that on the website then?? And, why did they receive my money for a product that they don't have at the moment. Now, they neither send me the product nor give my money back.
