Two lines form outside the store in the morning, one for pickups and others for regular customers. So far so good. What they won’t tell is that the regular customer line is just so that a representative can make an appointment for you so that you’ll get a chance to buy a product hours/days later. They could save dozens of people time by telling this in advance but they don’t. This wasn’t even for a high demand product (iPad mini). What a joke.

Where is the no-star-option? If you really need their products, don’t go there! No customer service but only wasted time...
Really bad service last time, no proper rules for people who came to the store without an appointment, they have to wait forever, and it comes together with low respect, it changed my mind to not buy new iPhone! I don’t want to pay money for bad service.

I went early this morning to see if they had the iPhone 12 . There was a guy outside the door asking why I want to come into the shop . I said that I just wanted to buy and see it and asks questions . He answered that I should pre order it online . We give so much money to this company and we can not even enter the shop to have a look corona or no corona time that is not the way to handle customers !
