I have been seeking for the right place to perform a correction of my myopia and astigmatism both in the USA and in Europe, as I needed to build the required trust to allow anyone to alter my eyes. I found in Dr. Volz and the AOZ team the perfect combination of professionalism, up-to-date expertise in the field, efficiency, and warmth to move forward with such a surgery. In addition, the clinic's atmosphere was particularly cosy. And, as expected, it was quite a smooth and successful process. I now have a crystal clear vision, well beyond the one provided by my glasses or contact lenses. A miracle of science, medicine, and know-how, thank you AOZ!

As an American, I've never found patient and customer service to be a priority here in Germany - until I came to AOZ. I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely friendly staff at AOZ, which made me feel as if I was a private patient in an exclusive clinic as opposed to a normal Kasse patient. The patient procedure is so well thought through, that I was comfortable and all apprehension for this eye OP was taken away. I can't speak highly enough of the competence and professionalism of this clinic and can now see better with my eye than ever before and can hardly wait till my other eye will be operated on!

Ich war bisher nur zum kostenlosen Beratungsgespräch in der Klinik. Terminvergabe reibungslos und angemessen schnell. Man merkt eben, dass viele Leute durch ausfallenden Urlaub Geld über haben... Der Rückruf nach meiner Anfrage über das Kontaktformular auf der Website kam einen Tag später. Ich habe dann noch 3 Wochen auf meinen Termin gewartet (Feierabend Termin, der ja immer begehrt ist). Nette Begrüßung am Empfang. Dass ich die Unterlagen vergessen hatte, war kein Problem. Da ich zu früh war hatte ich noch genug Zeit vor Ort auszufüllen. Keine Wartezeit in der Praxis. Ich war kaum im 3.OG angekommen und wurde schon zur Voruntersuchung gebeten. Auch danach, vor dem persönlichen Gespräch mit Herrn Dr Schilling, keine 3 Minuten Wartezeit. Kompetente und ehrliche Beratung durch Herrn Dr Schilling. Ich hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass er mir etwas verkaufen oder einen Termin aufdrängen wollte. Ich werde mich im März operieren lassen und zahle schon die Tage
