I cannot say enough good things about the BMW in Ansbach and the staff. Margit is wonderful to work with when ordering an American spec vehicle. She is very knowledgable, easy to get in contact with and helpful with any concerns you may have. She has always been able to find demo cars for us to drive so that we know exactly what we want. When I was in an accident, the service department handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to fixing my vehicle in a timely manner. I bought a BMW 225XE, pre-owned car from Mr. Roman Witowski. Unfortunately I don't speak German, but he he speaks English very well. He was very straight and fair from the beginning, the communication was doing via email and phone. I did not see the car personaly (only on the photos), but I did trust in a huge and well-known authorized BMW dealer like this company. It was a good decision, the deal was honest and fast. He was keeping his promises during the entire procedure, got the export plate for me (of course, I have to pay for it). The car in real life is exactly as in the advertisement, the paper-work was professional during the hand-over procedure too. It is the very first BMW vehicle in our family (we had afew Mercedes and Audi cars until now), so this deal had especially high stake for BMW Company! :-) All-in-all, I do appreciate your company and staff, I wish you the best! Thank you very much!
