If I had an option I would give them -100 stars !!! The worst experience ever ! Placed order in December 2020 after waiting for two weeks and decided to write an email inquiring for the order they asked me to wait till 1st week of January as one of the product was not in their warehouse. To my surprise I got an email from them on 28th of December stating my order has been shipped. I was super excited. But when the order didn’t come for another week I sent another email asking for tracking details they said my order has not yet shipped !!! And again asked me to wait for 4-5 day ! And oh boy did I wait for nothing ! Wrote to them again and was told they will reship my order .so after two weeks after being sick and tired of false information decide to cancel the order which they did but still maintaining that they have shipped my order!! Worst experience ! So much for supporting small business!!!

Leider eine Luftnummer. Telefonisch gar nicht erreichbar. Es werden Artikel und Lieferzeit beworben, die nicht verfügbar und nicht haltbar sind. Und trotz Wissen läuft die Werbung weiter. Schlechte Firmenpolitik. Kauft woanders. Ich hatte zumindest eine nette Mitarbeiterin, die mir geantwortet hat. Aber so eine Geschäftsführung ist einfach schlecht.

Hatte wirklich Bedenken aufgrund der Rezensionen hier. Hab allerdings genau Bescheid bekommen, dass die Lieferzeit etwas länger ist und war super Zufrieden mit den Produkten! Kam alles pünktlich an:)

Wer Langweile hat und viel Zeit, sowie Lust am telefonieren, 1001 Nacht Geschichten hören der soll bei Bürohengst bestellen. Ich habe 10 Tage gewartet...dann Platzte mir den Kragen als ich einen DHL Sendeverfolgungsnummer bekam aber kein Paket gefunden der abgegeben wurde....das ist die Schlafweiter Taktik. Schade gute Preise...Leider gute Preise ohne Ware...Das ist die Traumfabrik

Kurz: Kauft einfach woanders! Ende letzten Jahres bestellt nun haben wir den 13.01. Lieferzeit war mit wenigen Tagen angegeben. Keine Antwort auf eine Mail. Würde mal sagen: NIE WIEDER!
