This place has gone from a 5 star to a one in one year. THIS staff is not friendly at all with its customers plus the place needs a bit of a cleanup. The food counter looks nasty. This staff replaced one of the best customer friendly employees and their great food. I didn't order anything instead went elsewhere. Won't be coming back!

Just ate here for the first time today. The food was really good. We ordered two Donner platters and one Donner box. If I would of known how much food was in the donner box, we would of just ordered three of them. We will eat there again for sure!
As I write this review, I’ve been waiting close to two hours for my food. We used the app Lieferando and it says average 30 minutes. I called the store and they couldn’t tell where my food was. Really disappointed. Consider this as a warning for whoever decides to order here.
Standard Donner restaurant, normal prices. Every time I've eaten there the fries/poms were fried fresh. The staff speak basic/decent English and always get my order correct. If you feel there is a "language" barrier, speak slowly and try to use a little German.
We live down the street. It is one of the first places we started going to eat when we moved to Germany. It is delicious & we really like the workers. It's always the same people. They remember you, great you, and are always very friendly.
Very nice warm cozy place. Menu has a variety of different foods. Great for kids. Chicken nuggets, burgers, salads, calzone, pizza, wraps, alcohol, and selection of beverages. Minimal parking. Easy to find. Has a small arcade. Friendly staff too! They gave my kids lollipops and asked for feedback. They don’t take card. Cash/euro only.
If I could mark this place Zero stars I would. Ask the owner about the smelly fries I brought to his attention.
