Best 5 stars hotel I have ever stayed! Been to many luxury hotels around the world and I could say the services from this hotel is top! Very efficient and professional. The hotel internal communication skills are very good so no awkward moment in the morning during the house keeping period. Turn down service is done perfect when we went away for dinner. It shows that hotel monitor the room entrance records to make sure guests won’t be disturbed. The Michelin star restaurant is closed during our stay between 24-27 March so we went to the Italian restaurant at the ground floor. Foods are incredible! Lamb is never the choice when I eat out, though I decided to give it a try. Nor it didn’t disappoint me, the dishes exceeded way further than the expectation. The black truffle Tatar was bit disappointing as it wasn’t the high session for the black truffle. Ordered risotto for the second course but I didn’t read the menu carefully as I should since the lamb also came with risotto, I couldn’t enjoy my lamb as I would have wished to. Should have ordered the ravioli for the second course instead! (Comes with 3 pieces of meaty veal ravioli) Spa and swimming pool are the best for a snowy or rainy weather. Very clean and the staffs are very polite with proper greetings to make guests feel welcome (as per each staffs) Hotel location is excellent if you are looking for a more private location. Far away from the daily tourists you meet and close to loads of beautiful nature reserves. Would definitely come back xx

Really loved this place, booked it for an aunt who turned 80 this year and who deserved the best. It did not disappoint, the food was outstanding in the restaurants and the service ethic exceptional, have never been taken to our rooms by a hotel manager before on check in. The town was idyllic, spotlessly clean and not too busy, would recommend this even with a diversion, if you need a few days of pure relaxation as part of a multi-centre trip where other centres are busier.
One of the finest managed and maintained relaxing hotel, spa I have enjoyed! Details abound from the amazing rooms and views, the excellent resturaunts in house, the fantastic bartender Alex and the spa rooms and saunas and pools. Most impressive and a great value! We will definitely be back!!

Grand luxury for a 5 star hotel We spent only one nigh there as we went to the 3 star restaurant of the same name. We got a Deluxe Mountain Room. Luxury is amazing - bathroom, shower, a very nice balcony. Service is amazing and friendly, and the place is very beautiful - Tegernsee is worth the trip, on this hotel or another Go there is you have money to spend on luxury... or if you want to enjoy the restaurant without having to drive afterwards :P
Beautifully located traditional 5-star hotel at the Tegernsee. Perfect bar and great rooms. The panorama of the lake and the surrounding mountains is spectecular.
