I was very satisfied with the service and price until one day they lost one of my shirts. Instead of trying to fix the problem, the person working there argued for 15mins with me that I was mistaken, I had in fact not given them said shirt. He finally accepted that he would look for the lost shirt, and even though I was really unhappy that my honesty was being questioned, I was willing to let it go, on the premise that if 1000's of shirts are being processed per week mistakes can sometimes happen. I came around one week later to drop off a new set of shirts, and was met this time by the owner. As the lost shirt was still outstanding, the owner told me that a new order could not be processed. Incredulously, when I asked how we could fix the problem so that I could clean my shirts he became aggressive and told me that it wasn't working, so basically just 'don't come back, ever'. I told him I could accept the fact the shirt was lost, I just wanted to forget about it and move on so i could go to work. He basically called me a liar - i had never given them a black shirt to clean, instead, 2 buttons had been sewn into one shirt by mistake. After having read the many other reviews on here detailing similar stories I can only say that this man provides the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. It's a shame because the concept is fantastic - why not simply apologize and keep me as a customer? I would have gone there weekly for the next 20 years. I found his behaviour absolutely shameful. I cannot understand why anybody working in the customer service industry would behave in such an offensive way and make so much effort to destroy their own business - i've never been motivated to write a review on google before but this warrants one.

Worst service ever. Rude and unfriendly
Flecken waren nicht raus, worüber ich bei der Abholung nicht informiert wurde. Zuhause habe ich den Mangel festgestellt, um dann nochmal vor Ort die Leistung zu reklamieren. Daraufhin konnte der neue Abholtermin um 2 Tage nicht eingehalten werden. Was ziemlich ärgerlich ist, da man sich umsonst in den Stau gestellt und 15 min nach einem Parkplatz gesucht hat.
Alles hat funktioniert, war pünktlich und sauber.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der Preis stimmt und meinen beiden Winterjacken wurden zügig und wirklich hervorragend gereinigt. Hier komme ich gerne wieder her, das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich.
NoGo!!! Leider ist die Leistung absolut inakzeptabel. Ein Anzug wurde gewaschen und großflächige Flecken auf der Hose nicht entfernt. Bei der Abholung wurde ich nicht darüber informiert! Zweitens wurden in alle Hemden Löcher gestanzt zur Befestigung der Marken. Das ist ein Unding! Wieso macht man in teure Hemden mutwillig Löcher in den Stoff. Solche Identifikationsmarken können auch leicht am Etikett befestigt werden.
