Nice, offers a lot of place and. The wooden decor is beautiful. However, most shops are closed these days due to COVID-19.

Handicapped and older people avoid this airport. Very long walking distance, long queue s, no chairs, very much under equipped mobility service, very limited number of lifts, no signs for blind people. To arrive from check in to gate at least 35-45min for people without handicap.

Very limited amenities, very limited signs. For an airport that took so long to be delivered you'd expect it to be at least functional, which is sadly not. Berlin needed an airport to serve the city and its citizen, this one is disappointing. Not at all user friendly, very easy to get lost. It pains me to say that our long awaited airport is already in need of a renovation...
