Unter keinen Umständen zum empfehlen. Everything what could went sideways and after several months I still didnt hear back from anyone after my complaint. Would NOT fly with this airline EVER AGAIN.

Really a special experience. Did run only into difficulties. Every flight was delayed by minimum of one hour. Nearly missed my connection flight. Dont expect any help if problems occur. We had an emergency passenger on plane and stewards were completely clueless how to help. He had low bloodpressure issues and first thing they did was trying to give him oxygen. But even for that they needed two people to figure out how to use the oxygen bottle. Luckily we had a nurse on the flight who could at least measure the blood pressure which the stewards were also not capable of. We nearly made an emergency landing because of miscommunication, if i wouldnt have translated for the sick customer. 5 stewards were standing around clueless while we the passengers managed to give the sick passenger proper treatment for his bloodpressure issues. Plus a fight nearly occured between stewards and a passenger. They got into a discussion over a seat which the customer didnt want to make free for another passenger. Very low problem solving and deescalation skills. If you book a flight with a connection, make sure your stayover is longer than two hours. Otherwise you are in risk of missing the connection due to the constant delays. -bad english skills -lowend entertainment system with only old movies -old and shabby airport (moscow) -badly trained staff -bad untasty food -constant delays -lost baggage cheap ticketprices best looking female passengers ive ever seen on a flight.

No consistency they keep changing their flight schedules frequently after tickets are booked ....had a bad experience we booked our tickets for a vacation and they send a mail just 20 days before saying flight will not take off that day only next day we had to change our whole iternary as well as lost time and money and the stress we went thru...suddenly flight time change we miss our connecting flight

Die Hotline ist inkompetent und scheint vom Fließband zu kommen. Flug wurde annulliert aber keiner informiert die Passagiere. Nur dank einer Reiseagentur am Flughafen in HH über die Tickets gekauft wurden, konnte der Flug umgebucht werden. Diese Agentur macht excellenten Service, aber wird dafür von der Fluggesellschaft nicht bezahlt. Aeroflot hat sehr mangelhaften Kundenservice und Umgangston. Die Flugzeuge selbst sehr gut. Die Buchungsprozesse, Service und Leistung leider kundenunfreundlich.

So_geht_Urlaub

Was soll ich sagen, alles in allem gut. Es fehlte mit etwas Sauberkeit zum Sehr gut und der Service zwischendurch auf den Langstrecken war mangelhaft. Ansonsten alles bestens. Man war stets (über)pünktlich, das Esser ausreichend und abwechslungsreich mit typischem Flugzeuggeschmack. Die Filmauswahl war nicht übermäßig, aber auch völlig ausreichend für 20 Std. Flugzeit. Ich habe mich sicher gefühlt und fliege gerne wieder mit.

Ich war ein Fluggast im Flug SU 290 von Moskau nach Hanoi. Die Piloten in diesem Flug waren sehr professionell und kompetent. Deswegen hatte ich einen besonders guten Flug und habe mich angenehm gefühlt . Außerdem waren die die Flugbegleiter freundlich.
