Friendly service, delicious food, good prices. We will definitely go back. We had the vegan platter, and the tej to drink.

This is a superb place to eat in Leipzig! Nationality: Ethiopian cuisine Staff: very friendly and answers questions about the food and Ethiopia in general Price: quite average, but they have a vegan buffet every second Wednesday, which costs only 10 Euros Recommendations: -the vegan buffet once every second Wednesday -Injera: traditional Ethiopian (and Eritrean and Somali) bread made of sourdough -soup made of red lentils and spices (incredibly tasty) Nice place and nice people there, so hit the place

Great Ethiopian food at a great value in a casual setting. Only thing is that nothing was spicy, but that’s not surprising in Germany. Next time, I’ll be sure to ask them to make it spicy!

Food was good but we waited 90 (!) Minutes from entering the place until we ate

Amazing food! I was totally hoping to find an Ethiopian restaurant in Leipzig and I was lucky enough to find out one happened to open up exactly when I moved there. The great thing about this restaurant compared to the one I normally love so much in Berlin (on Zietenstraße) is that they are way faster and seem to be better organized. They don't have quite same selection of course, but they have the classics. I also like the fact that it's located pretty centrally and is relatively easy to get to. I'm always able to convince my German husband to come with me here as well, because the food is so good

Absolutely lovely cafe with the warmest people. Fully enjoyed the lamb dish, and lentils and injera were delicious and flavorful. After lunch, we were served Ethiopian coffee, which was dark and fragrant. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Cafe with Ethiopian cuisine. Ethiopian cuisine is so close to Indian food. So simple, yet so tasty and healthy too! The owner/ server is also so polite! We ordered lentil soup and a vegan platter. Ordered it a bit spicy. It was delicious, and lip smacking. Definitely recommend this place to all the vegetarians missing a bit of flavor in their food.
