It's been a year since we bought a used motorhome at Delgado. As the vehicle had a one-year warranty, we've waited until now to provide a comprehensive review. Below, we share our thoughts on some areas of the company. Premises: nice and cozy office where you will be very well treated all the time; big yard with a considerable fleet of vehicles, all in apparent great conditions (clean and tidy); a workshop, which comes in handy for any customizations or repairs you may want for your vehicle. Overall, much better than other dealers we’ve visited. Sales Department: the company’s best attribute. I can say we were lucky to have Michele Palmieri as our salesman. A fantastic professional, and even better person. He has broad and deep knowledge in the area, and is always keen to help, even in extraordinary situations. Customer Support: from the receptionist to the manager, every professional who works at Delgado is reachable, kind and eager to help. Our main contact all this time was Michele, and we cannot stress enough of how much help he’s been for us throughout the whole year. Workshop: our vehicle needed some work done before we could drive it off, and although the job was done accordingly, we were a bit disappointed that we had to wait longer than promised. Warranty: we had our ups and downs in this matter. We’ve encountered several issues with our vehicle, most of them small, but some big enough to force us to change our travel plans and incur extra costs. For these problems to be addressed, we had to proactively work our way out of them. Nonetheless, Delgado assumed the cost of most of the repairs, afterall, in a fair manner. All in all, we recommend Delgado as your dealer of choice, as it is probably one the best in the region.

Wir haben bei Delgado einen Wohnmobil gemietet und sind mehr als zufrieden! Von Anfang an war die Beratung und die Kundenbetreuung sehr professionell und freundlich (hierzu ein großes Dank an Frau Spocchia!) Die Fahrzeuge sind sauber, und neu ggf. neuwertig. Es war bestimmt nicht der letzte Besuch bei Delgado von uns! Viele Grüße und auf Wiedersehen!
Super Werkstatt , sind nicht in der Lage normale Reifenventile zu erneuern . Was macht man da bei größeren Reparaturen ? OK , habe mein Wohnmobil nicht bei denen gekauft . Dann wird man natürlich erstmal abgewiesen . \ Macht weiter so \. Gott sei Dank hat mich ein anderer Händler mit offenen Armen aufgenommen .
Sehr zufrieden! Nettes Personal und ein super Verkäufer. Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Übergabe reibungslos. Zusatzmontagen pünktlich zur Auslieferung fertig. Jederzeit wieder kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!
Vor einem Jahr habe ich ein Fenster für meinen Wohnwagen dort bestellt. Beim abholen hat der freundliche Mitarbeiter mir gleich noch geholfen es anzubringen. Letzte Woche hatte ich ein Problem mit einer Stütze. Da so in Kürze keinen Termin gab rief mich ein Mitarbeiter an und hat mir per Telefon erklärt wie ich es selber reparieren konnte und hat mir noch gesagt welche Teile ich dafür brauche. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und würde immer wieder dorthin fahren.
