Had a great time. It was my first time skiing so a bit a scary for me but I learned from my partner. Staff was very nice. Would recommend!

It was really a nice experience . They have a place for begginers and pro . I dont understand why other complain upon closing the half of the ski hall but for me it was great because i have a chance to see the athletes play . The food buffet is okay but the morgenmad is wow . It was super delicious . The room is big and clean .. the down is the water is not really warm but overall i will defo come back again

Good accommodation, but the food/buffet was mostly deep fried and the same day in and out. 1-star is because of the lack of safety, when you ski. My wife could not break downhill and slammed directly into the pillar/wall and knocked herself out. I was screaming for help, but as it was 15 min before closing time, apparently they did not have staff to help us. Try think this through, your love one is not responding and yourself are screaming your lungs off for help. Screaming in both English and German (local) language, and still no help for a long time..a Danish family came to rescue as the first ones, crawling up hill. My wife ending up having a concussion and was off for work for about 3 months. All due to lack of safety on the slopes. Afterwards we asked for a meeting with the hotel management, this we got, but we asked for a follow up on how they would make it safer for the next ones... but we never heard back from them. So unfortunately (for this place), we and our friends will not recommend this place to anyone.
