I booked 2 hour lessons for two kids. We Arrived 10 minutes late, and I was sending the email that we are late with apologies. As we arrived I saw the instructor and came up to him but he didn't have the names of my kids on his list. We were told by the personnel (Maria in the shop) to change and after she said that no, the kids can't follow the lesson since they are late. Then she suggested herself that she will give us a refund for the lesson. My kids were disappointed and we never got our money back. I think that those who protect consumers in Germany should look into activities of this terrible school and dishonest, unethical personnel. I am not surprised that our case is not the only one.

Awful experience. The staff treated us as if we were convicted felons on Alcatraz. I have seldom seen such a bunch of unmotivated, unfriendly people. They handed us a bike with a flat tire and when I noticed and told the guy behind the desk, he just gazed and laughed, not to mention it took him more than 15 minutes to finally get up and put some air in the tire. The tracks are fun, although I wouldn't recommend it to unexperienced bikers since there are extremely tricky parts. Moreover, I'm stunned this company doesn't give any instruction on dowhill biking whatsoever. Someone should sue them for being this ignorant. Deployment of trauma heli is common in this area, as well as other emergency services (along the track we stumbled upon a motionless person suffering a horrible crash while missing a curve). Don't go here, there are plenty of other options. This company lacks safety in all possible aspects and those hillbilly employees should apply for another job if they obviously hate it so bad.

I was late for the lesson for my kids for 10 minute and administration decided to cancel our lessons and refund the payment. When I got home to Netherlands they informed me that they will not make any refund. This is disappointing and unfair. I do not recommend it for kids, Customer service was not polite.

I cancelled my booking upon arrival due to the lesson being offered as a group lesson instead of a booked private lesson. A refund was agreed on by the personnel (signed on paper). After 1 month the amount was deducted from my creditcard though, and after several phonecalls and emails I still haven't received the refund... 04/10/2018: received the refund in the end

Nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe ein Mountainbike gemietet, welches nach ca. einem Kilometer einen Platten hatte. Also wieder zurück und einen Flicken bekommen. Beim zweiten Versuch ist der Reifen während der Fahrt nach ca. 500m geplatzt! Zum Glück beim Sturz nicht verletzt. Also wieder zurück. Auf meine Frage ob ich das Fahrrad nach Ladenschluss anketten und den Schlüssel einwerfen könne oder einen Preisnachlass bekommen könnte, reagierte man extrem unfreundlich. Ich musste den vollen Preis zahlen und konnte die geplante Route nicht fahren, da die Zeit nicht mehr reichte. Also war ich 1,5 Std. Mehr oder weniger umsonst angereist.

Toller Erholungsort mit einer super Seilball. Mit dieser kommt man sehr schnell mit einer Kabine auf den Berg. Im Sommer ist es inzwischen ein sehr toller Ort für Downhill Fahrradfahren. Es gibt drei unterschiedliche Strecken und Schwierigkeitgrade, wo man vom Berg zu Tal fahren kann. Oben auf dem Berg gibt es einen kleinen See. Bei der Talstadion befindet sich ein Kaffee Restaurant, mit einer übersichtlichen Karte. Des Weiteren ein Ski und Fahrrad-Geschäft.

Sorry das ich sowas schreiben muss aber bei so einem Schuppen. Vor einer Woche haben wir zwei eBikes reserviert für unsere Tour. Wir sind 50km angereist, und wollten uns die Räder abholen, der Typ an der Kasse meinte die zwei Ebikes sind kaputt, ist ja kein Problem geben sie uns dann zwei andere eBikes,er meine wir haben keine mehr, in unsere Zeit gibt es Handy, und eine e Mail schreiben, aber eins weiß ich diesen Laden betrete ich nicht mehr,

Kompetent und sehr freundlich von Maria beraten worden. Haben dort (Shop an der ETTELSBERG Seilbahn) Ausrüstung fürs biken gekauft. Unglaublich, aber sogar die Leihgebühr von vor vier Monaten wurde angerechnet. Großes Lob!
