Ordered a model on 19th November. Received no communication so rang the owner a week later and he said it would be sent from the warehouse and delivered by 5th December as it was a busy time of year (Christmas). Rang again on 9th December and was told he would chase it up and give me a tracking number as soon as he had it. Heard nothing again so rang several times but no answer (or call back). Eventually opened a case with PayPal and the item arrived later that day, 21 December....however, instead of apologising for the delay and lack of communication his response was aggressive, rude and threatening!! He threatened me with court action, told me not to contact him and I was now blocked on his database. He wrote about trust and demanded his money! Not a person I would recommend or even want to deal with again!! Unfortunately I can’t comment on his models as it was delivered to a friend (someone he also threatened to take to court) and I’ve still not received it personally. Perhaps if he communicated better and earned trust I would have not had to resort to opening a case. But I suppose in the end it did get him to eventually communicate
