It was very nice. The people were friendly and the array of KTM models there was very cool. They also had Vespa and motorcycle gear and KTM power parts. It was a quality dealer. I am planing to get my 125 duke there at some point

Ich kenne den Chef bereits seit mehr als 20 Jahren. Ich selbst fahre keine KTM, habe aber schon viele Ersatzteile für meine alten Motorräder bestellt. Ich wurde immer sehr freundlich bedient und habe viele Tipps und Unterstützungen für meine Japaner bekommen. In 2017 habe ich dann meine Vespa GTS 300 neu gekauft und bin seitdem mehr als zufrieden. Ich kann jedem die Kompetenz der Firma nur empfehlen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall Kunde bleiben, solange ich Motorrad fahre. Vielen Dank an das Team.

Nachdem meine Vespa die ich im August gekauft habe, vor ein paar Tagen als ich unterwegs war nicht angesprungen ist, habe ich mit Piaggio Kontakt aufgenommen. Mir wurde gesagt, das Fahrzeug ein EU Import ist und Vespa keine Herstellergarantie sowie keine Pannenhilfe leistet. Im Gespräch mit der Fa. Dörr wurde mir das aber ganz anders dargestellt. Inzwischen wurde ich auch von Piaggio auch schriftlich informiert, das ich kein Leistungsanspruch habe. Schade das hier nicht die volle Wahrheit an mich und meinem Schwiegersohn(Vespakauf im Juli) weitergegeben wurde. Hinweis an die Fa. Dörr zu einer eventuellen Antwort : Auch meinem Schwiegersohn wurde 1 Tag später von Piaggio trotz Registrierung mitgeteilt das kein Anspruch auf Garantie und Pannenhilfe besteht. Nun steht Aussage gegen Aussage, kein guter Zustand für den Kunden.
