I strongly recommend not to use this supplier as delivery is unreliable and customer service is very poor. During the ordering process I had emphasized multiple times that the delivery date of my order was critical. I have made 3 follow-up calls to enquire about the status of my order - to ensure timely delivery. In every call I was reassured that everything was on track. Even during the last call which was 2 days before the delivery date. On the delivery date itself I receive a phone call at 3PM with the information that my order could not be delivered. At first they claimed that there had been issues in the supply chain and delivery was only possible 3 weeks later. When they called back they stated that there had been a problem with the personification machine. As this late cancellation caused a big issue for me, one would expect the supplier to come up wit potential solutions and/or compensation. This was not at all the case. The only thing they asked was if I still needed it or not. Upon pressing for a solution, the promise was made to call back with a proposal. This call back was never made and no solution was offered. A poor experience in every aspect with a lack of customer focus or willingness to look for solutions. Please save yourself a similar issue and choose a different supplier.

Die Qualität sehr schlecht. Aber was noch schlimmer ist, der Kundenservice. Seit Wochen warte ich auf die Rückerstattung meiner Reklamation. egal an welche Email man schreibt, man bekommt weder eine Antwort noch eine Zahlung. Ich werde per Anwalt mein Geld anfordern müssen. Finger weg von diesem Händler. Der schöne Schein trügt.
Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr freundliche Bedienung, sehr bemühtes Verkaufspersonal. Bin sehr zufrieden, einfach toll. Kann ich jedem Empfehlen (haben alles für Gastro und Privat vom Bett bis zum Topf Vom Glas bis zum Handtuch von Bettwäsche bis Löffel und noch vieles mehr usw. )bekommenm. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall .
