My car broke down whilst driving through Germany, It was the beginning of bit of a nightmare for me, however after turning up at 8am, the car was squeezed in to be looked at for an initial inspection very quickly. Despite speaking no German, everyone was very helpful and patient. The car was unfortunately unable to be fixed right away. And due to the car being repaired under warranty, the car was left their for a couple of weeks, before it had to be towed back to CZ for a repair. Wolfgang especially was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. So thank you, 5* Customer Service.

I want to say BIG THANKS for the help with my car. We had an emergency situation with audi Q5 during the trip. Troubleshooting and fixing were on very high professional level! I don’t know the name of the mechanic, but he is a guru! So fast! And even more important, you didn’t refuse to help while I’m sure you have a tight schedule.
