Hi, I wanted to share with you my really bad experience with this shop. I will mention only fact and let you make your own opinion. We baught a washingmashing that is supposed to dry at the same time. We dryed twice with. A shirt of mine, a table napking and a bedsheet are destroyed. It dries for many hours and burn clothes. We quickly phoned the shop within the 14 days. They did not want to take it back. They asked us to take care of it ourself with the builder of this machine. We asked twice a technician to come and check the machine. In fact this model is bad and does not do the job. I went to internet and witnessed many users with the same issues burning cloth or not drying. This machine is not doing what we ask for it, and the shop is still telling us that they have no reason to reimboursed us or change it for a working machine. They claim that there is no technical problems. I usually never do that but I have to share my experience. I hope that you would go there aware of their service and attitude.

Wir haben schon mehrfach Geräte im beruflichen sowie auch im privaten Bereich von Heydorn-Höco gekauft und wurden immer professionell beraten und ebenso erfolgte die Installation völlig unkompliziert. Von der Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine bis zur Waschmaschine, wer einen TOP Service sucht, kommt um das Team um Herr Klein nicht herum. Und auch wenn etwas mal nicht so funktionieren sollte, dann ist auch der Service nach dem Kauf überdurchschnittlich gut. Vielen Dank !!!
