Complete lack of knowing how to run a decent business. Randomly went on vacation for two weeks, some person took the order, no confirmation it was their staff and not some random someone. Not even when asked about that specifically. Slow to reply, not helpful, ignore messages for days, avoid straight answers. In two weeks all terms for returns expire, not to mention this shows they try to run a business on minimum dedication and if one person goes on vacation, there is no one to change them. Do not recommend, will not use anymore. Learn some basics before dealing with real clients, people.

Ordered a package through dhl. Grenzpost office went on vacation without notice while the package is in transit, ended up loosing the package. 0/10 money and time wasted

Habe bereits mehrfach den Service genutzt da es für mich von Basel aus sehr gut zu erreichen ist. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich zu mir. Für mich eine ruden Sache und zu empfehlen.
