very, very happy with the service from the Fröde team for a relocation from Switzerland to Australia. Efficient and friendly from start to end: accurate quote after home visit, great help when trying to downsize from large to smaller container, ample supply of packing material, fast, yet careful packing and loading by the team, no hiccups on the way to Australia, always up to date with tracking of container, very good communication throughout. Also very happy with Australien partner (OSS worldwide movers). Highly recommended, prize range average, but a service worth every single cent. Thank you!

Świetni pracownicy zaladunkowi i biurowi, ale kierownik to człowiek bardzo nie miły. Miałem wrażenie, że każdy kto nie mówi plynnie po Niemiecku jest dla nim kimś gorszej kategorii. Mając sztukę stop bara więcej niż norma, każe je zakładać jak mu się podoba, a jak zabrakło na koniec naczepy to stwierdził, że to mój problem i kazał pracownika też sobie pójść(chcieli pomoc zabezpieczyć towar pasem). Zaladunek trwał około 3h. Ewentualne uwagi na temat sposobu zaladunku chłopaki z magazynu brali lekko i w miarę możliwości ustawiali niektóre towary inaczej.
