Very busy place even for covid times with its limitations. Even on a thursday afternoon the staff is very busy talking to customers and helping with inquiries, warranty, customization, size and fit, etc. A team of highly competent and polite sales and customer service people will tend to Your every need at this Louis location, trying their best to cut You a good deal, especially if You already have a (free) membership card.

Louis has a lot of products online. Their prices are super, they had very vell trained/informed staff who were super helpful. The special deals saved us a lot of money. One of the cashiers was quite rude and unprofessional. If you are looking for clothes/gear you can find it here. For motorcycle parts they do not have all in store that you'd find online, so you might have to order it.

You're a biker ? It's the place to go for all your riding stuff. Good prices, big choice... What else ?

I like them very much, but pre-order is recommended as not all sizes or models are available at the shop. So, look around on their website, select one of their shops for booking the item (kept for 2 days), visit them and decide to buy or not. Tax return also works well on the border and after coming back to the shop. When shopping online, they immediately reduce the price with German tax, but you need to calculate with shipping cost and local tax in Switzerland, if the purchase was over 60 CHF.
