I’ve been to this store a few months ago. Between my family and I, we spent 1000 euros for 3 pairs of glasses and insurance. Everyone seemed to be nice at the time. Yesterday, when I arrived at the store to ask a question, this lady came to me with a nasty attitude. I could tell that she was frustrated with me even-though I was wearing my mask and still far away from everyone. She kept yelling at me in German right off the bat. I was shocked for a moment... I then said sorry I don’t understand Deutsche. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to go wait outside. I thought may be due to Covid 19 policies, she’s been having a bad day or something. I left the store and went outside to wait for my turn. There were two people ahead of me at the time. Once they’d been both served, she started waving at this German fella to go in instead. Mind you, while I had been waiting all this time, this gentleman was nowhere near the store. I said excuse me ma’am, I think you are making a mistake. You’d asked me to wait and I obliged and now you are serving this gentleman who came way after me. She told me with a straight face that he was ahead of me. At this point, I could not take it anymore so I’d left without fixing my glasses. I drove for 25 kL from Netzaberg to Weiden for nothing. Honestly, I don’t know if this particular employee is a racist or something because most of the other staff seemed to be nice from what I remembered. I will go back tomorrow and talk to a manager. Frau Bräutigam (hat 5 Sterne verdient) ist sehr nett, nimmt sich Zeit und berät einen auch gut. Zum Glück hatte ich sie gleich am Anfang weil bei meinen weiteren Besuchen bei anderen Kollegen war dann der Service nicht mehr so gut.
