After being here for 6 hours, we were told that we would be discharged shorty. An hour and a half later we called for the doctor and they said they wanted us to stay overnight. I'm not sure when they were going to make us aware of this had we not called them. Not to mention the nurse was rude, the food was horrible, and the rooms are terrible. There isn't even a picture on the wall. It's more of an insane asylum than a hospital.

We had an excellent experience here! Even though our visit took an unexpected turn and we ended up staying much longer than planned due to an emergent surgery for my daughter, the doctors and nurses were wonderful at explaining everything to us and taking their time with our 4 year old who was quite scared to be there. We are American and everyone spoke English and we never felt left out of the loop! Would definitely return if we needed hospital services again!
Piss poor customer service period.
I came in and told the lady at the emergency care check in that I had abdominal pain. I explained that I had nausea and that my abdomen hurt when I breathed deeply. I also explained that I had worked out earlier in the day and the pain came about 3 hours after the workout. There was tenderness and swelling in my ribs. They told me to take pain medication. They were extremely rude and treated me like a child that is complaining of a scratch. They chastised me for coming to the emergency room. The lady basically said that she has problems too, but she doesn’t come to an emergency room. Would give zero stars if I could. Also, there was no one in the waiting room. In case this hospital reads the reviews on here, this staff worked between 23:00 and midnight on March 13, 2020.
The worst place to go for a American soldier My husband went in there to be treated for his wrist The doctor completely ignored my husband and his question which was extremely racist .. nobody wanted to speak English or help as well
