It's a very nice place on the border between Germany and Netherlands. It has nice track for walking, and seeing the flamingos. Unfortunately by the time I was there, it was in July and apparently the flamingos has left, we still manage to see 1 flamingo, so that's good, next time probably it is better to come in May to see many of these pink birds.

Nice walking and cycling trails. Due to severe drought in spring and summer 2020 unfortunately the small lake was completely dry mid August. No flamingos, not even a ordinary duck to be seen. Disappointing.

Nature reserve area with rich bird life. Known for the colony of flamingos. Nice views and easy access.

Nice, small scale nature reserve. Flamingos have annual stopover here during summer. Lots of other waterbirds.
