I had to change my license plates and check tyres pressure, i was guided very well by the staff. Everything was solved within 10 minutes. I didn't have to pay for anything. Very nice and professional, they also can speak English :)

Super Abwicklung beim Kauf meines Gebrauchtwagens. Die Kommunikation mit Herr Licht war sehr angenehm. Die Abholung des Fahrzeugs einen Tag früher als geplant, lief ohne Probleme.

Wie habeN unseren Smart hier als gebrauchten gekauft. Der Ablauf war wirklich top! Herr Boris L. Ist wirklich ein netter und freundlicher Verkäufer, genau wie sein Kollege links von Ihm. Der Ablauf wie die Pobefahrt war auch problemlos, kurz vor der Auslieferung ist am Smart noch ein Fehler aufgetreten um dem sich dann sofort gekümmert wurde. Die Auslieferung verzögerte sich jedoch was aber nicht die Schuld von dem Autohaus war und trotzdem wurde uns der Smart aus Kulanz noch vollgetankt. Ich kann dieses Autobaus also jedem Auto Suchenden ans Herz legen.
