Horrible place and people. The people there have no empathy and are incredibly rude. Avoid if you can. I was told \I know you're worried byt stop wasting my time\ when I asked for more information

I was sent my my gynaecologist to the clinic for a breast check. Basically the girls on the reception were very friendly and nice. when I went to the doctor, everything was going quite well until she asked me one question in german which I didn’t really understand. I am not fluent in german so I thought it might be easier and simply asked if she maybe speaks english. she repeated the question in english, I have answered. then she continued asking me how long I am in Germany. After telling her that I am living in Berlin since two years, she started complaining, that I am young and that I had enough time to learn German and that for such a period spent here in Germany, my german level is too low. That’s not a miss, I agree, I could put more effort. BUT being literally half naked in front of her and getting judged that I don’t speak well enough german? I found her way of behaviour quite rude and not correct. Good question, wrong timing. I believe she is a great specialist, and I was happy with the feedback I got regarding my health. Still, this wasn’t a smooth way you want to get treaded when you come to visit the doctor. it was simply not correct.

Dieses Brustzentrum ist nur zu empfehlen,sehr liebe gefühlvolle Schwestern und tolle Ärzte.Man fühlt ist gut aufgehoben.Nach der Diagnose Brustkrebs wurde ich auf alles sehr gut vorbereitet.Mein aller größten Dank gilt an Frau Doktor Kluge,ihr verdanke ich jetzt ein tumorfreies Leben,mein aller größter Respekt.

ich wurde Anfang November 2020 im Brustzentrum operiert. Trotz Corona war das Pflegepersonal sehr sensibel und vor allem fachlich ganz toll geschult im Umgang mit Brustkrebspatientinnen. So wurde der OP und der Nachbehandlung die Angst genommen.
