Please avoid this online store. I made the order and after 4 days the item was not shipped yet and nobody answers to my e-mails. Of course they charge before they send the order and the money was never returned to me. A complaint was made already to the customer care office for the Austrian store. Never order again.

Quality and delivery are 100% good, the prices are good if only you have a discount code, and if you are patient you always recevie vouchers from their website. In total I am 100% happy with Vitafy :)

I just ordered several products online via bodylab24, but after I ordered it, I noticed that it displayed the wrong state with my address. The Order was not yet dispatched and all I wanted is that the Customer Service informs the Warehouse that dispatches it, that it is not Basel but Zuerich, the state the Delivery Address is in, small but important detail. Instead of great Customer Service that knows how to pass on the message, I got a reply with an excuse that it can't be done due to the order having already been put forward to the Warehouse. And I should just wait and see what happens or order once more. That is just not good enough for me and I feel it is very poor customer care service, if a simple tweak of the addresses state, can not be done in such circumstances were the Order has not yet been shipped. I placed my order on the Weekend, today is Monday Morning, I am certain that it is still in process & passing on the message via email to the Warehouse for them to make the address update shouldn't be such a challenge.

Good products and fast delivery. Also a big BUT: your customer service reps really need to work on friendliness! If one feels diminished and dominated after having asked a question, I'd rather buy somewhere else. Just send them to me or any professional communication coach. It's worth it, keeps customers.
