Products of very poor quality. The Villeroy & Boch Venticello Slimseat Line lost the color after less than one year of light usage, despite careful treatment based on the manufacturer's instructions. The products of this company are not worth the price.

Bei einem spontanen Besuch vor Ort war die Ausstellung selbst im August wegen Corona noch geschlossen. Da wir kurz vor der endgültigen Bestellung der Badezimmer Möbel standen und im Saarland V&B leider nicht sehr stark in den Ausstellungen vertreten ist, ist diese "Schutzmaßnahme" ärgerlich. Trotz leererem Show Room (mit einer Mitarbeiterin) mit der wir dann auch telefonierten, werden erst Termine in 4-6 Wochen angeboten. Wir wurden auf den Show Room in Luxembourg verwiesen. V&B scheint wohl satt zu sein.

Sehr anschauliches Informationszentrum der Firma Villeroy & Bich mit großem Campus und ausführlichem Museum, in dem man auch wirklich alles über die Familien- und Firmengeschichte erfahren kann. Natürlich leidet die Information hier und da ein wenig unter dem Eindruck, dass man durch alles dich eher zum Verkauf animiert werden soll.
