Two weeks and I don' t know if my order 417858 is in progress. Sent several email and I had no response, called by phone and girl who can't speak english (or doesn' want) answered me \send an email\. I am very unhappy of service , beware, online site is beutiful, but service is absent. I want my money back

Nothing sent after more than two weeks. They do not reply to email. They do not answer phone. I need the stuff I ordered before vacation, not after! It is impossible to even know if I will ever get the order.

Do not trust delivery times displayed on the items. Like other reviewers point, they are terribly SLOW. My order took 3 weeks instead of the expected 3 days. Note to myself: read reviews before you order in a new website.

i ordered products for my camper 230 euro (in stock).i waited one week,no responce email with tracking.i send email to ask no responce.i called them (from Greece)to ask where is my order after two weeks.they told me that they will send it.next week i cancel the order and i ask my money back. To sum up,i lost my time 3 weeks with products that i need for my vacations. Unprofessionals.They deserve 0 stars.i will send and in paypal(i paid with paypal) to ask what they say for my story because it is and their responsibility.
