Great service even for non-customers! I came here twice, once with a flat tire and once when my chain came undone and was helped swiftly and at no extra cost! Would definitely return here when I need a new bike!

While cycling in Berlin is amazing, this place has particularly unfriendly staff and even worse service. They run a workshop and a bike store. My bike repairing was expensive and poor.
