They have expert coaches and are very friendly. Training is very easy till very hard, it depends of what you want. The best place for kids from 5 years old and older. I 'm very satisfied. The place is a little bit small but it doesn't matter.

The place itself is small, but it's one of the best places to train Muay Thai. The trainers are skilled and experienced. You get taught Muay Thai the right way there, because most of the staff has travelled to Phuket, Thailand to learn from the best. They also offer BJJ, Shotokan Karate etc. .
