Perfect place to stay: there is everything you need and the apartments are well designed. I stayed there the time to find a place to live in Germany and it was perfect. The staff was very helpful and the location is ideal: close to the train station and grocery shopping. I would recommend this place.

Very bad service. Brera canceled my reservation on the same day of arrival with no real reason and than refused to refund me. This Standard of Service has no place in 2021. I definitely will not book in Brera again.
We stayed here as our temporary accommodation because of our relocation in Germany. It's perfect for temporary stays since you have everything you need. The furniture and appliances are complete for everyday use (stove, microwave, cooking and dining wares, tv, office table, chair, wardrobe, bed, bathroom), you only need to buy your own food and bring your clothes. As for the services, there is WIFI available, laundry room operated using mobile app and also they clean your room every week which is very nice service too. There are multiple rooms available and we stayed in the Amazing apartment and later on on Cosy apartment and both are good. The location is very near the Ulm Train Station which is perfect especially on our first day when we have lots of things to carry. Grocery shops are near too (Kaufland and Aldi). And lastly, the staff are really nice and accommodating to us which made our stay a whole lot easier! :) Will definitely recommend this place to others!
Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Service und Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Die Einrichtung ist im modernen, jedoch wohnlichen skandinavischen/industriellen Stil. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Utensilien, man braucht also hier nichts mitnehmen. Ein Waschsalon ist auch vorhanden, sollte man vorhaben länger zu bleiben. Die Zimmer werden wöchentlich gereinigt, insgesamt wirkt es sehr sauber. Bei Fragen, Problemen oder Wünschen wird einem umgehend geholfen. Durch die Tiefgarage sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, was in Ulm und Neu-Ulm ein muss ist, da diese rar sind. Der Preis für die Zimmer bewegt sich in einem günstigen Rahmen, wenn man Miet-/Immobilienpreise und Lage von Ulm berücksichtigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind nur 6-8 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ( Kaufland und Aldi). Tankstelle (24/7) zu Fuß nur 2 Minuten. Für Raucher gibt es überdachten Eingangsbereich oder die Dachterrasse.
